Woolen Flora and Fauna

If you have never tried needlefelting, it's a very inexpensive, accessible and forgiving art form. Over the last few weeks, we've put together lots of little woolen gifts for the holiday fair:


These birds were made using this pattern from Laurie Sharp's Wool Pets (linked in Amazon Widget to right). The nests were a happy accident, they were the squashed versions of this ornament project that got re-purposed.


These little baskets of fruit and veg were lots of fun to make:

The mermaid and the chicken were made by first time felters!
