Buried in the Land of Unfinished Projects, but Looking for Cute, Quick Spring Whimsies

OK, so since I am on a yarn diet because I can no longer close my oversized stash box (we won't even go into the yarn stored in the basement, or the gorgeous merino sock yarn I bought in Germany in my jewelry drawer, or the yarn that I have tucked away in places I don't remember about and will find in five years if I ever get around to cleaning out closets because that doesn't count), I am trying to finish all of my unfinished projects so I can move onto new things (which will be posted here).

Does anyone have any cute Spring/Easter projects that are quick to knit up? My daughter's class is having a craft sale next week (this doens't count as starting a new project!) and I need to do something. I have a ton of Fun Fur in pastels......
